All harp covers are fabricated on-demand. Since customers pick size and color, these items are considered custom orders. Custom work takes time so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Harp covers are considered custom made, and thus non-refundable. We guarantee that your cover will fit properly. If there is a problem, email me at pam@harpcovers.com. I will let you know what details we need from you when you return the item. We will adjust the fit and reimburse you for postage.
